Triple title header in UKC slugfest on July 12

A TRIPLE title header by the Ultimate Knockout Challenge will be held on July 12 at The Flash Grand Ballroom of the Elorde Sports Center in Sucat, Parañaque City.

Promoter Cucuy Elorde of the UKC Pro Boxing Edition said it will be billed as “The Rising Stars - Champion Scholars”.

“We have three Philippine title matches in 12 action packed fights,” said Elorde.

The title fights are:

Mark Tanggan [5-1-0] of Sarangani vs. Reycar Escriber [5-3-0, 1KOs] of Mandaluyong for the vacant Philippine Youth light flyweight 8-rounds title

Florence Sumpay [4-1-0, 2KOs] vs. Niño Cardoza [5-1-1, 3KOs] of La Union for vacant Philippine Youth bantamweight 8-rounds title

Aime Ramos vs Aisah Alico [7-13-1, 5KOs] of Lanao for vacant Philippine Women's minimumweight 6-rounds title.
