UNDEFEATED Kenneth “The Lover Boy” Llover and former WBO World bantamweight champion John Riel “Quadro Alas” Casimero stopped their separate opponents last December 27, Saturday at the Aichi Sky Expo in Tokoname, Aichi, Japan.
The 22-year-old Llover of General Trias knocked out Chinese Ayati Sailike in the second round to retain his Orient and Pacific Boxing Federation bantamweight title
It was the second title defense by Llover, who scored his 12th knockout in 17 wins while Sailike suffered his 10th loss against 12 wins and three draws.
Casimero of Ormoc City, on the other hand, stopped Tom Mizokoshi via technical knockout in the 5th round.
The 36-year-old Casimero now has 35 wins with 24 knockouts against five losses and one draw while Mizokoshi got his 6th loss against 11 wins and two draws.
Meanwhile, Masamichi Yabuki [19-4-0, 18KOs] of Japan retained his IBF World flyweight title by knocking out Felix “El Gemelo” Alvarado of Nicaragua in the final 12th round.
