The Fight for Survival under Quibors Promotion was concluded with ArAr Andales retaining his WBO Oriental minimumweight championship. The fight between Andales and Joey Canoy ended in a majority draw as two judges gave even scores for the two boxers, and the other judge scoring in favor of Canoy. By principle, the title remains with the reigning holder, which is Andales.
The challenger Canoy threw powerful punches throughout the match, but Andales was more precise with his body punches and uppercuts to Canoy.
